This is the plan I used to build my module.
Click the plan for a printable PDF file.

Here is the built-up frame from the plan.
I used right angle frame clamps to keep the module square while I assembled the pieces.
The foam was glued to the frame using Elmer's Ultimate Glue.
I spread the glue on the frame and misted the foam with water. I then laid the foam into the frame, misted side down.
The water reacts with the glue causing the glue to foam up. It makes a strong bond between the foam and wood.
Be carefull as the foaming action is super strong. I had 4 plastic mail tubs full of books sitting on the foam top while the glue dried.
When I removed the mail tubs the foaming action had rased the tabletop by about a 1/16", even with all that weight on it.
The frame was then painted with Glidden "Great Desert" latex.
